Narrative Writing

In Writer's Workshop we are learning ways to improve our narrative writing by obtaining new skills and technique to use in our writing.  In today's lesson the children shifted from writing to reading their own stories! They made two piles of their most recent writing.  One pile that was more readable and one pile that was less readable.  We discussed and charted what makes writing hard to read and what makes writing easy to read.
Our Kindergartners hard at work determining if their paper
belonged in the easy to read or hard to read pile.
Our class WOWed our Kindergarten team with all their fabulous writing!
What Makes Our Writing Hard to Read and  Easy to Read...
