Measurement Unit

We have started our new Math unit of Measurement! Today we focused on new vocabulary: measure, length, and measurement. Our students enjoyed measuring objects around the room with counting cubes!

After measuring a variety of objects, we compared measurements and discussed the shortest and longest items they measured!

In future lessons, we will measure with new units of measure such as tiles and paper clips!

Afternoon Announcents

Look who was on the afternoon announcements! They did a great job saying their name, telling whose class they are from, and introducing the afternoon announcements. We are so proud of you two! You got a standing ovation from your class.
